1. Purpose and precedence
1.1 This GenRapide Light Product Addendum (the “GenRapide Light Addendum”) supplements the Master Subscription Agreement, the Order Form, the DPA, the AUP and the AI Addendum, and applies whenever Customer subscribes to or uses GenRapide Light.
1.2 For GenRapide Light-specific matters this Addendum prevails over the Master Subscription Agreement, except clauses 14, 30, 33 and 34 of that Agreement. The DPA prevails for personal data, and the AI Addendum for general AI matters unless this Addendum is stricter. GenRapide Light is narrower than GenRapide. It is not responsible for GenRapide's proposal generation workflows, and the GenRapide Addendum does not apply to it unless Customer also subscribes to GenRapide.
2. The Service
GenRapide Light is an AI-assisted resume and CV tailoring platform that helps prepare candidate profiles against job descriptions, client requirements, RFP resource requirements, staffing requirements and public or private sector opportunities. Depending on configuration it may assist with resume parsing, requirement extraction, resume-to-requirement matching, skill mapping, experience alignment, keyword alignment, restructuring, wording improvement, formatting, content suggestions and gap identification.
3. Nature of the Service
GenRapide Light is a resume preparation and requirement matching tool. It is not an employer, a recruiter acting for Customer, hiring authority, credential verification service, background check service, immigration adviser, licensing authority or security clearance authority. Customer and, where applicable, the candidate remain responsible for the final resume and its accuracy.
4. Information processed
GenRapide Light may process candidate information (name, contact details, employment history, project experience, job titles, education, certifications, skills, qualifications, clearance information, references and resume content) and opportunity information (job descriptions, client requirements, RFP resource criteria, mandatory and rated experience, education, certification, security and technical requirements).
6. Parsing, extraction and matching
6.1 Automated parsing may omit information, misread dates, misclassify experience, misunderstand formatting, misidentify a skill or merge unrelated items. Extraction of requirements from job descriptions, RFPs, statements of work and staffing requests may be incomplete or wrong. Customer shall verify material parsed and extracted information.
6.2 GenRapide Light may compare candidate information with requirements, considering skills, experience, education, certifications, titles, keywords, project experience and security requirements. A match percentage, compatibility score, requirement match or recommendation is a decision support indicator, is shown as requirement match and not as suitability, and does not prove that a candidate meets any requirement.
6.3 For each requirement GenRapide Light may classify the position as supported by resume evidence, potential partial evidence, no evidence identified, or human review required. Where no evidence is identified, it will not generate experience to fill the gap, and instead prompts the user to ask the candidate for clarification.
6.4 GenRapide Light does not determine whether a candidate is legally or contractually eligible for an opportunity, and Customer must verify eligibility. Customer must independently verify every mandatory criterion, and for rated requirements the evidence, claimed duration, scoring rules, required project examples and thresholds. BnR360 does not warrant that every mandatory requirement will be identified.
7. AI-generated resume content and truthfulness
7.1 GenRapide Light may suggest revised wording. AI-generated language must be reviewed before use. Changes are shown against the original text, and the user accepts, edits or rejects each one, so that material AI changes are identifiable and not silently applied.
7.2 Improvement and not invention. GenRapide Light may improve how genuine experience is presented: clarify responsibilities, improve grammar and structure, use terminology relevant to the opportunity and highlight existing experience. It must not be used to create experience that did not occur.
7.3 Customer shall not use GenRapide Light to knowingly fabricate or inflate employment history, employers, job titles, projects, education, certifications, licences, clearances, skills, achievements, client experience, dates, references or supervisors, or approve wording that materially overstates responsibility, seniority, project scope, technical capability, leadership or years of experience. A historical title may be supplemented with an accurate functional title but shall not be replaced with a materially more senior title the candidate never held. Dates shall not be altered to create experience. Clearance language shall not change a previous clearance into a current one unless the data supports it, and Customer shall independently verify current clearance status.
7.4 Years of experience calculated or estimated by GenRapide Light may be wrong because of overlapping projects, incomplete dates, part-time or concurrent roles or ambiguous timelines. Customer shall verify important duration calculations, avoid double counting where the opportunity forbids it, and apply any full-time equivalent method the client defines.
7.5 Customer shall verify that project experience occurred, that the candidate took part, that the role and duration are accurately stated, that certifications are genuine and current (BnR360 verifies none), that education details are correct, and that professional licences are valid. Customer shall not disclose client names or confidential project details without authority, or add keywords solely to manipulate automated screening where they do not accurately describe the candidate.
8. Format, ATS and client requirements
8.1 GenRapide Light may restructure and format resumes and help with ATS-friendly formatting. BnR360 does not guarantee that any ATS will parse the resume correctly or rank it better, and does not control third-party applicant systems, which parse, score, rank and filter independently.
8.2 Customer is responsible for determining whether a client's requirements permit restructuring, page limit changes, formatting changes and removal or addition of information, for conforming to any required template, page limit, required fields and signature or candidate certification, and for confirming the final page count. GenRapide Light does not execute certifications for a candidate. Conversion between formats may change layout, fonts, spacing and pagination, and external platforms may render differently. Customer should review the final exported document.
9. Outcomes and third-party decisions
BnR360 does not warrant that use of GenRapide Light will result in a shortlist, interview, acceptance, employment, placement, contract award, job offer or successful staffing outcome. A high match percentage does not guarantee that a client will award points, that a candidate will pass mandatory criteria or that a hiring manager will select the candidate. A client may apply its own interpretation of equivalency, years of experience, certification and project relevance. Estimates of likely points are predictions only. BnR360 is not responsible for an employer's or client's independent screening, scoring, rejection, interview or hiring decision. For public sector opportunities, Customer remains responsible for mandatory criteria, resource grids, experience substantiation, references, security and signature requirements, and shall retain or provide evidence of material claims.
10. AI limitations and providers
10.1 The AI may hallucinate, omit information, misinterpret requirements, suggest inaccurate wording, misunderstand chronology or duplicate statements. Human review is required. BnR360 does not warrant accuracy, completeness, originality or suitability for every client.
10.2 GenRapide Light uses AI Providers. The AI Addendum and clause 14 of the Master Subscription Agreement apply. BnR360 may change models, providers, extraction technology and matching methods, and the same resume and requirement may not generate identical output.
11. Personal data, fairness and review
11.1 Where Customer uploads candidate information for its own recruitment or staffing, BnR360 generally acts as processor and Customer as controller. Customer is responsible for lawful collection, notice, consent where required, retention and candidate rights. The DPA and Privacy Policy apply.
11.2 Customer should avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in resumes, such as national identification numbers, banking data, medical information, unrelated criminal history, passwords, or unnecessary date of birth, and should not include photographs or personal characteristics where that would be inappropriate or unlawful in the recruitment context. Customer shall not use GenRapide Light to alter or screen resume content in order to discriminate unlawfully on a protected ground. Customer shall not assume AI matching is free of bias.
11.3 A qualified person shall review the requirement match, resume changes, candidate experience and final version before submission. Unless expressly enabled and lawful, GenRapide Light shall not automatically submit a materially altered resume without authorised human review.
12. Versions, collaboration and downloads
Where supported, GenRapide Light keeps the original resume, revised versions, timestamps and change history, to distinguish candidate content from AI-assisted changes. Customer may keep opportunity-specific versions and remains responsible for the accuracy of each. Where several users edit a resume, Customer is responsible for internal approval and version control. Where Customer lets recruiters, partners or subcontractors use GenRapide Light, Customer is responsible for their permissions and conduct and shall limit access to those with a legitimate need. Once a resume is downloaded or emailed, Customer is responsible for its storage, security, edits and distribution. Customer should retain resumes only as long as reasonably needed, deal with candidate deletion requests as controller, and understand that deletion from backups is as the DPA describes.
13. Fraud and impersonation
Customer shall not use GenRapide Light to create fake candidates, submit fabricated resumes, misrepresent a candidate's identity, impersonate another person, or add fake references or supervisors. BnR360 may suspend access for resume fraud, unlawful data use, security threats, impersonation or material breach of the AUP.
14. Intellectual property and legal advice
Customer is responsible for ensuring resume content does not unlawfully include proprietary client materials, confidential technical documentation or protected third party content. GenRapide Light provides no legal advice on employment, procurement, immigration, privacy or candidate representation, and does not decide whether one credential is equivalent to another unless an authoritative source supports it.
15. Availability, changes, usage and training
Availability is as in clause 17 of the Master Subscription Agreement and BnR360 is not responsible for an outage caused solely by an independent third-party provider, as clause 14 provides. BnR360 may modify GenRapide Light for security, AI, product, regulatory or provider reasons. Plan limits may apply to resumes, uploads, AI requests, storage, users and opportunities, and additional usage may be charged as the Order Form says. Beta features may change, fail or be withdrawn. Customer should ensure that users understand that GenRapide Light is for tailoring truthful resume content and not for manufacturing qualifications.
16. In-product safeguards
GenRapide Light will show, in substance: before tailoring starts, a resume accuracy notice that the tool should not be used to create experience, qualifications, certifications or skills a candidate does not have; for each AI suggestion, the original and suggested text; for matches, requirement match with a statement that it does not confirm eligibility or client acceptance; for missing evidence, evidence not identified with a prompt not to add experience unless the candidate has it; and before final export, a confirmation that the resume has been reviewed for factual accuracy and that the organisation has authority to use it for the opportunity.
17. Indemnity, liability, law and contact
Customer's indemnity in clause 31 of the Master Subscription Agreement extends to claims arising from fabricated resume information, false qualifications, unauthorised candidate submission, privacy violations, unlawful use of confidential information, misrepresentation to a client and the final submitted resume. BnR360's liability is as clauses 14, 30, 33 and 34 provide, and no separate or unlimited liability arises. To the extent the law allows, BnR360 is not liable for loss from candidate rejection, lost interview, unsuccessful submission, failed placement or lost contract opportunity. Termination and export are governed by clauses 24 and 25 of the Master Subscription Agreement. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Law and forum follow clause 42 of the Master Subscription Agreement. Contact: support@bnr360.com, H#C-40, Karachi University Staff Town, Karachi, Pakistan.
